Automate 2026: Robotics and Automation Show Returns to Chicago
The Association for Advancing Automation (A3) is gearing up for its flagship event, Automate 2026, which will take place at McCormick Place in Chicago from June 22-25. The show promises to be the largest robotics and automation exhibition in North America, with over 1,000 exhibitors showcasing their latest developments in AI, robotics, and automation. More than 50,000 attendees are expected to flock to the event, making it a must-visit for anyone involved in the industry.
The four-day show will be held across McCormick Place's North and South halls, featuring keynote presentations from leading figures in automation and robotics. The lineup includes leaders from some of the biggest names in the field, who will share their insights on the current state of automation, key market trends, and the opportunities and challenges shaping the industry's future.
A3 will also present several awards during the event, including the prestigious Joseph F. Engelberger Robotics Awards. This year's recipients are robotics pioneers Hiroshi Fujiwara and Robert Little, who are being recognized for their leadership and contributions to advancing automation. Professor Jim Devaprasad of Lake Superior State University is set to receive the A3 Educator of the Year Award.
The show will also feature the return of the Humanoid Robot Forum and Humanoid Robot Pavilion, sponsored by NVIDIA. The pavilion will showcase over 20 humanoid robots and related organizations from around the world, making it one of the event's biggest attractions. Additionally, Automate will host its third annual Humanoid Robot Forum on June 23 and 24, bringing together robotics leaders, engineers, and researchers to discuss the development, deployment, and commercialization of humanoid technologies.
A3 will also present its Innovation Awards on June 23, recognizing new technologies in three categories. The event promises to be a comprehensive showcase of the latest advancements in automation and robotics, making it an essential destination for anyone looking to stay ahead in the industry.
